Building on lessons from the Tipping the Scales Project, Bendigo Health Justice Partnership, and Shepparton Therapeutic Justice Project, the Maryborough Therapeutic Justice Partnership was established in 2019 between LCCLC and Maryborough District Health Service. This project aims to provide integrated legal, health and social support to clients with criminal law matters and complex health issues in Maryborough. The project is funded through the Integrated Services Fund managed by the Federation of Community Legal Centres.
