About this service
Our Palliative Care Legal Program works with local solicitors and Bendigo Health social workers to provide free and confidential legal advice to people in palliative care.
Hospital staff often encounter patients facing end-of-life legal issues, like needing to draft a will or nominate a Power of Attorney. Hospital staff contact us and we put them in touch with a team of local lawyers who can come to the hospital to provide free (pro-bono) legal help.
Who is this service for?
Individuals in Palliative Care at Bendigo Health.
