Due to the COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria, our offices in Bendigo and Shepparton are currently closed.

We will re-open our doors on Monday 7th June, pending an announcement from the State Government about the end of the lockdown.

Help is still available.

If you have a legal or tenancy problem, our staff can provided legal advice and tenancy assistance over the phone. Please call us to book an appointment, or contact us via the forms on our Get Help page.

We know that lockdowns are hard for many people in our community, particularly those who live in more remote and isolated area, who are unable to work, or who may be struggling financially. We also know that home is not always a safe place, and that there is an increased risk of family violence in periods of lockdown.

If you are experiencing family violence, you are allowed to leave your house to get help.

Please see the information below about local support services.

The Orange Door

The Orange Door is the central intake point for family violence support and child wellbeing response. The Orange Door is the primary entry point for clients, and those attending will be assessed and provided with initial support. When longer term support is needed, clients will be connected with appropriate specialist agencies including family violence services, family services and Aboriginal services.
